Affiliate Terms

Last updated: 31 July 2026

These terms govern participation in the ProCabinet.App affiliate program ("the program"). They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your own use of the app. By joining the program you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

1. Joining the program

2. Commission

Commission is 30% of the subscription revenue a referred customer pays, excluding any tax collected and any amount refunded. It is recurring and has no cut-off date: it continues for as long as that customer's subscription remains active.

Plan the customer buysWhat you receive
Pro Monthly30% of each monthly payment, for as long as the subscription runs
Pro Annual30% of each annual payment, including every renewal
Founder Lifetime30% of the single payment. This plan does not renew, so it pays once

If a customer cancels, downgrades or their payment fails, commission stops or adjusts with their subscription. Commission is calculated on the amount actually charged, so discounts and proration are reflected in what you earn.

3. How referrals are tracked

Attribution in short. Only one affiliate is paid per customer, and where two have introduced the same person, it is the most recent link click that counts. We will not reassign a commission after the fact except to correct a clear tracking error.

4. When commission is earned

5. Payouts

6. Disclosure

You must disclose the relationship. Wherever you share a referral link or code, make clear that you may earn a commission. In the US this is required by the FTC's endorsement guides; in the UK by the CAP Code and the ASA. Disclosure needs to be visible without clicking "more", and stated in the video or post itself, not only in a description.

This protects you as much as it protects us, and a clear disclosure does not reduce how well an honest recommendation performs.

7. How you may promote ProCabinet

Promote it as you would anything else you rate: reviews, tutorials, walkthroughs, posts, newsletters and videos are all welcome. The following are not permitted.

You may use our name, logo and screenshots to promote the app. That permission is limited to promotion, lasts while you are in the program, and does not transfer any ownership.

8. Tax

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent or partner of ProCabinet.App, and nothing here creates a partnership or joint venture. Commission is paid gross. You are responsible for declaring it and for any income tax, VAT or other tax due in your own jurisdiction.

9. Suspension and termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or end participation, withhold or reverse commission, and close an affiliate account where these terms are breached, where fraud or artificial referrals are suspected, or where conduct damages the reputation of the app. Where the reason is a genuine mistake rather than fraud, we will normally raise it with you first.

On termination, eligible commission already earned and cleared remains payable, subject to the minimum payout threshold. Commission is not payable on referrals attributed after participation ends.

10. Changes to the program

We may change the commission rate, tracking window, thresholds or these terms. We will update the "last updated" date above and give reasonable notice of significant changes by email or in the app.

No retroactive changes. A change to the commission rate or duration applies to referrals attributed after the change takes effect. Customers already referred to us keep the terms that applied when they were referred.

11. Liability

The program is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost earnings arising from tracking failures, changes to the program, or its discontinuation. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is permitted to be limited, our total liability is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
