ProCabinet.App

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 July 2026

ProCabinet.App ("ProCabinet", "we", "us") is a tool that helps cabinet makers quote, plan, and run their work. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

1. Who we are

ProCabinet.App is operated from the United Kingdom and is the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number — Stripe does. We keep a record of your subscription status and plan.

3. How we use your data

4. Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run ProCabinet, each acting under contract on our instructions:

ProviderPurpose
SupabaseApplication hosting, database, and authentication
CloudflareWebsite hosting and content delivery
StripeSubscription payments
PostHogProduct analytics
SentryError diagnostics
ResendTransactional and (opt-in) marketing email
Google (Analytics & Ads), MetaAdvertising measurement (only if you accept advertising cookies)
QuickBooks Online, XeroAccounting — only if you connect them (see below)

6. Accounting integrations (QuickBooks & Xero)

If you choose to connect QuickBooks Online or Xero, then when you push an invoice we send that invoice and the relevant customer details to the provider you selected, on your instruction, so the invoice can be created in your accounting account. The access keys for that connection are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time from Account → QuickBooks & Xero, which removes those keys. Data you've already sent to QuickBooks or Xero is then governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

7. Google Calendar integration

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar (account menu → Connect Google Calendar), ProCabinet accesses the following Google user data: your calendar events (read and write) and the list of calendars on your account (read only).

What we access and why. We create and update events on your primary Google Calendar that mirror your own production schedule — your orders and your workshop tasks. We read events so that appointments from the calendars you select appear (read-only) inside your ProCabinet schedule, and so that a change you make in Google Calendar to a ProCabinet task syncs back into the app. We read your calendar list only so you can choose which calendars to display; we never read events from calendars you haven't selected.

How it's used. Google Calendar data is used solely to display your schedule to you inside your own account and to keep the two calendars in sync. It is not used for advertising and is not used to develop, improve, or train AI or machine-learning models.

Sharing. We do not sell Google user data and do not transfer it to third parties. Event data passes through our hosting provider (Supabase) only as needed to run the sync, under the safeguards in section 8.

Protection. The connection's access keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256); event data travels over HTTPS and is protected by the measures in section 10.

Retention and deletion. We store the tasks you create in ProCabinet and the encrypted connection keys. We do not keep copies of your other Google Calendar events — they are fetched when your schedule is shown and held only for that display. Disconnecting (account menu → Disconnect Google Calendar) deletes the connection keys immediately; deleting a ProCabinet task also removes its calendar event. You can additionally revoke ProCabinet's access at any time from your Google account permissions.

ProCabinet's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. International transfers

Some providers above process data outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

10. How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to your records is restricted to your account through row-level security, and sensitive items such as accounting access keys are additionally encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

11. Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

12. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the app working. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies (PostHog, Google, Meta) to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

13. Children

ProCabinet is a business tool and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email.

15. Contact

Questions or requests about your data: [email protected].
