Open the accepted quote
In the Quotes tab, open the quote the customer accepted — from the live link or in person. -
Convert it to an order
One click and the quote becomes an order with every line intact. The original quote stays on record. -
Track it through production
Orders carry a status through your pipeline in the Orders tab, so you always know what stage each job is at. -
It lands on the schedule
The order takes its place on the Gantt calendar automatically, in priority order. -
Invoice it
Connected to QuickBooks or Xero? Push the order across as a draft invoice when the job ships.
