Generate an Optimised Cut List

The cut list optimiser nests your pieces onto sheets for minimum waste. Feed it the parts, hit Optimise, and take the layout straight to the saw.

1. Open the Cut List tab

   Your cut lists live in a library — one per job, or standalone lists for shop work.

2. Add sheets and pieces

   Set the sheet sizes you buy and list the pieces to cut — or pull them straight from a quote’s cabinets.

3. Hit Optimise

   ProCabinet nests everything across your sheets for minimum waste, kerf accounted for.

4. Read the layout

   Each sheet shows its pieces laid out to scale, with offcuts visible at a glance.

5. Print or export

   Print the layout for the bench, or export as PDF or DXF for the saw.
